If Literica AI isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it. No forms, no friction.

/01 · THE GUARANTEE

14-day window

Applies to first-time paid subscriptions.

We offer a full refund within 14 calendar days of:

  • Your first payment on a Researcher or Lab subscription (monthly or annual), or
  • Your first upgrade from monthly to annual on the same plan.

No reason required. Email support@literica.aifrom the address on your account and we'll process the refund.

/02 · HOW TO REQUEST

One email

No forms, no support-ticket maze.

Email support@literica.ai with:

  • The email address on your Literica AI account
  • The order ID from your Lemon Squeezy receipt (helpful, optional)

We'll confirm within one business day and trigger the refund via Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record.

/03 · PROCESSING TIME

5 – 10 business days

Back to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we trigger the refund, it typically appears on your card or PayPal account within 5 – 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your account is moved to the free Explorer tier on refund. Your library and projects are kept intact — you can re-upgrade any time.

/04 · WHAT'S NOT COVERED

Edge cases

The short list of exceptions.

  • Renewal payments after the first period.If you forget to cancel before your subscription auto-renews, we don't automatically refund the new period. Email us anyway — we look at these case-by-case and are reasonable about it.
  • Accounts terminated for policy violation. If we terminate your account for violating our Acceptable Use Policy, fees are not refundable.
  • Chargebacks before contacting us. If you file a chargeback with your bank without giving us a chance to refund you first, we may be unable to refund again and the account will be suspended pending resolution.
/05 · CANCELLATION VS REFUND

They're different

Cancelling stops future charges; a refund returns a past charge.

Cancellinga subscription stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing.

Refunding returns a charge you already paid. Use the 14-day window above, or email us if you have a special circumstance.
